At Princess Cosmetics Qatar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Once approved, our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items from your location in Qatar.

  After we inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
